b. Shipping Preferred: UPS Grnd 5 Day, UPS Air 3-Day / 2-Day / Next Day.
(Canadian Clients served only via UPS Expedited 2 day Air Rate)

c. State your Preferred payment method:

(1) Paypal - with associated Cash/e-cheque account,
(2) Paypal - with associated cc account,
(3) EMT - Email money transfer via Canadian Banks (not all)
(4) Company Cheque.

d. Provide your Email address used for Paypal or EMT.

2.  Once the price is agreed upon and the required details above are provided, the order is placed and is usually processed/shipped by next business day.   No funds are required at this point if you are a regular customer (do not send funds until asked).  For large purchases or unknown first time clients I may ask for funds up front to place an order.   I would prefer not to, but others before you have proven that it is necessary.
 
3.  Once a tracking number is available, it will be sent to you via e-mail followed shortly thereafter by a PayPal  money request in Canadian currency, to the email address you specified at 1d.  Payment is expected promptly at this time.   Cheques in CAD or US funds should be sent via expedited post. 

4. For those using the Canadian EMT method, LWE will send an email with your shipment tracking number and will expect a return email with the information for the money transfer - security question answer to access funds and an EMT generated email stating that there is an incoming deposit.

I. PAYMENT FORMULA
Unit price + Shipping + 4% processing fee = TC                                           (Valid for Company cheques, paypal associated with CC accounts etc.)

(Canadians - UPS will collect GST/HST upon delivery and a $7 service fee for paying customs on your behalf)

A.  Payment method PAYPAL.  Instant ~3.9% credit/rebate on entire order if paying via paypal bank account (virtual cash or echeque ).  Money withdrawn/requested only when item is going through the ZyXEL shipping process, not when ordered - UOD by the purchaser.

B.  Payment method EMT.   Instant ~4% credit/rebate on entire order if paying via  EMT (Canadian customers).  Money withdrawn/requested only when item is going through the ZyXEL shipping process, not when ordered.

C.  Paypal payments are normally requested in Canadian currency (CAD).  LWE uses the following website http://www.xe.com/ucc  to calculate conversions between CAD and US funds.  Not responsible for Paypal conversion costs.

II. SHIPPING/BROKERAGE COSTS

C.  Shipping costs USA are based on shipping the product directly from WYNIT Distribution (either East or West Coast) to your zip code, and is factored on weight and shipping method requested.  For example, on a single unit to most locations, UPS ground is $12 or less and UPS 3 Day Air is $18 or less. 

D.  Shipping/Brokerage costs Canada are based on shipping the product directly from Wynit from either coast, via  UPS Expedited Air only.  The combined cost (S+B) for a single unit is typically $55, and for two units approx $65. 

III. OTHER

Taxes & other Costs

E.   Canadians have to pay their applicable GST/HST to UPS.  In addition, UPS collects a $7 service fee for paying customs on  your behalf.
No duties for items shipped to Canada. You can reference Tarriff: 8471.80.99.00   "Units of Automated Data Processing Machines OTHER.
US Citizens enjoy tax free purchases on all items shipped within the US.

G.  Registering.  Upon hooking up your router, ensure you register it with ZyXEL USA via the following link.   REGISTER YOUR APPLIANCE! 

H.  RMA/Returns within the warranty period, and after it is determined that problem cannot be rectified, will be coordinated with Wynit, through a standard RMA process.   Assistance will be furnished for returns where the RMA process may not be adequate.  Full Refund available if product arrives at Wynit on or before 30 days from purchase, otherwise remainder of the standard two year RMA warranty is in effect.  Please contact LWE for refunds or possible RMA action.  

I.  Conversion.  For converting prices back and forth between CDN and US currency for requested payments, we use the straight rates found at the Universal Currency Convertor .  LWE is not responsible for additional charges due to Paypal conversion charges.  For an accurate estimate of your actual cost, when in your paypal account, select 'fees' at the bottom and then find the currency coverter URL.
